Anger Management

Anger is a normal and healthy emotion when used constructively. However, when anger becomes frequent, intense or poorly regulated, it can interfere with clear thinking, impair judgement, strain relationships and lead to regretful actions—such as behaviors that are harmful to oneself or others.

Dysfunctional anger can feel overpowering, frustrating and even isolating. Which is why, despite often being a useful signal, many people want more control over how anger shows up in their lives. Our Anger Management Training treats anger as a source of information that can be understood and regulated. The objective is not to eliminate anger, but to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy anger, and use self-help strategies to channel its energy productively.

This training will help you better understand the roots of your anger, identify triggers, and learn to recognize early warning signs of anger before it gets out of control. You’ll learn practical skills to manage strong emotions, communicate assertively rather than aggressively, and respond rather than react. With these tools you can reduce conflict, improve communication, protect your relationships, and regain a sense of calm and self-control in everyday life.
